How it works
Founders: Non-exec Business Advisor Monthly Package
- Fiona joins your team as a NE Business Advisor.
- 3 hours of her time per month on your business.
- Guidance offered on your current challenges, using meetings/emails/messaging/sharing rich network.
- A two way contract is agreed upfront, setting out the expectations of each party.
- Visible log/tally on time spent.
- Cost £399/month. This represents a discount of 60% on standard hourly rate of £350/hour.
For Corporates: Individual and/or Team Coaching
- If you have identified a group of leaders or potential leaders in your business, and think they would benefit from some challenging coaching or mentoring, then get in touch.
- Fiona only takes on 1 x Group Coaching project per year.
- The project begins by scoping the objectives and co-creating the coaching brief with you, the business leader.
- Coaching is carried out via Zoom.
- Costings based on each individual project.
